Breaking news: CSB to probe DuPont phosgene death

The U.S. Chemical Safety Board has just voted to launch an investigation at the DuPont Co.’s chemical plant in Belle, W.Va., following the death of plant worker Carl “Dan” Fish from phosgene poisoning.

We’re still waiting for details on when the CSB will deploy to Belle, and exactly what the scope the investigation will be.
