I knew as soon as I saw this posted that some HUNTER would come on board for the killer country man. That the bear was captive pretty much tells the story of what you call a hunt. So sorry for all the animals out there that have to run in hiding their whole lives from these scumbag type of people who love nothing better than to get their kicks from the kill.
DISGUSTING. I hope this haunts him for life.

Give me a break!!! what else is big brother going to tell us to do. People, get real, enough is enough. We are being banned from having, doing, buying, selling, etc. just about everything these days. We must stop this now. Exotic pets are NOT the problem. It’s the idiot that turned them loose because he was mad at the world and then Killed himself. I say ban the crazy people instead. Leave our pets alone!!!

Years ago I shot a squirrel that was tinted a purple color or what I called the “mauve” squirrel. I have not saw a photo of the recent “purple” squirrel, so I cannot compare it to my squirrel, however, I believe this is naturally occurring as I have taken squirrels with purplish hues located in the neck, shoulder areas. These colors make me think of an Australian shepherd/cocker spaniel mix pup that was purple. Everyone that saw “Reuben”, as I named him, wanted him.

One would hope that the Dept of Ag would want to control these exotics. Commissioner Douglas has lead WV from ranking 43rd in the nation in Agriculture to 49th during his tenure so this may well be a way for him to retire with head held high and stating, “I brought exotic pets under control during my tenure.”

Do you think someone who poaches gives a crap whether or not silencers are legal for hunting? They are already breaking the law. Silencers are legal to own in the state, they just aren’t legal to use for hunting deer. Any one who uses a silencer for poaching is already doing it, and denying law abiding citizens the benefits based on assumptions is a mistake.
