If Corporations are going to have citizenship like real human beings, they ought to be treated the way the ‘rest of us’ are. They are littering among other things that they can be charged with!

Seems like District Judge Berger adhere’s to the belief that corporations are citizens too:

“There is diversity of citizenship in accordance with the requirements of 29 U.S.C. §1332 because Defendants are not residents of the State of West Virginia and Marfork is a resident of West Virginia.”

Well, if that’s true, let’s put em in jail for contaminating the state.
